ICL/IOL/Lens replacement

These implant procedures remove the need for glasses/hardware by implanting a Phakic lens (ICL) or completely replacing the eyes' natural lens (IOL).

An implantable contact lens (ICL) allows a patient to overcome severe short-sight, long-sight and astigmatism without the daily ritual of applying of external contact lens' and/or glasses. With  cataracts, the cloudy natural lens must  be  replaced with a  clear artificial intra-ocular lens (IOL).
